In 2022, Promethean World, a global leader in educational technology renowned for its innovative interactive displays, acquired Explain Everything and its dynamic digital whiteboarding platform.

Rather than building a whiteboarding app from scratch, the company opted to purchase an existing solution and enhance it, thereby complementing its range of interactive classroom panels. This strategic move not only expanded Promethean World's product portfolio but also integrated Explain Everything’s established user base.

With the rebrand rendering previous tutorials and guides outdated, I designed a guided tour to support both teachers and students, aiming to boost adoption among existing and new users alike.
